
The following attire is required for the respective classes, the teacher for each class reserves the right to disallow participation for any student who does not come prepared with appropriate attire. Assigned attire is expected to foster a sense of uniformity and encourage dancers to think of themselves as part of a group. Teachers may also disallow participation to dancers whose hair is not done properly. Students who are disallowed participation based on their failure to adhere to the attire provisions of studio policies will not be allowed make-up classes and tuition will not be refunded or credited.
- Acrobatics: Dancers must come prepared for class in studio leotard and studio shorts. No shirts will be permitted as loose clothes present a hazard to the dancer. All dancers must have their hair secured back and away from their face.
- Ballet: Dancers must come prepared for class in studio leotard, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes. All ballet students must wear their hair back in a neat bun.
- Ballroom: Dancers must come prepared for class in studio leotard, studio fringe shorts, and tan ballroom shoes. All dancers must have their hair secured back and away from their face in a high pony-tail or bun.
- Contemporary / Lyrical: Dancers must come prepared for class in studio leotard with optional studio shorts. Level I contemporary dancers are required to use pirouette lyrical shoes. Level II and II Contemporary Dancers are expected to attend in bare feet. All dancers must have their hair secured back and away from their face.
- Hip Hop: Dancers must come prepared for class in studio leotard, studio shorts, and sneakers. All dancers must have their hair secured back and away from their face.
- Jazz: Dancers must come prepared for class in studio leotard and black jazz shoes. All dancers must have their hair secured back and away from their face. Studio leotards may be purchased from the front office.
- Mommy & Me: Parents may dress in comfortable clothes that allow for fluid movement. Children must attend in studio leotard
- Stretch/Turn/Jump (STJ): Dancers must come prepared for class in studio leotard. Studio shorts are optional for this class.
- Pointe: Dancers must come prepared for class in studio leotard, pink tights, and pink pointe shoes. All pointe students must wear their hair in a neat bun.
- Tap: Dancers must come prepared for class in studio leotard and tap shoes. Tan shoes will be required for Level I and II dancers and Black will be required for Level III. Studio shorts are optional for this class. All dancers must have their hair secured and away from their face.
Jewelry should never be worn to class and teachers may ask students to remove jewelry while taking classes. Small earrings are acceptable. The studio will not be held responsible if jewelry is lost while taking class.
The studio strictly enforces our uniform policy. Dancers not in appropriate attire for their class may be asked to leave.
