For services received every dancer’s parent or guardian acknowledges, and agrees to abide by, the terms and conditions of participation for Xpressit Dance Center LLC as outlined below.

Class Attendance: Dancers must be punctual to all classes. Days, times and respective studio assignments are provided at the time of registration. Additional copies of schedules can be obtained from the front office or by accessing your parent portal. Late arrivals present an unnecessary distraction to both instructors and fellow dancers and for this reason the instructors reserve the right to disallow participation to dancers who arrive later than 15 minutes after the start of class. Out of courtesy to the studio, the instructor and other dancers, dancers must arrive prepared to begin at their scheduled time. Dancers unable to attend their regularly scheduled classes may make up their missed class in accordance with studio policy.

Make-Up Classes: Although we do expect all of our dancers to attend their regularly scheduled classes we understand that extenuating circumstances do occur. Dancers unable to attend their regularly scheduled classes may be allowed the opportunity to make up their missed class when make-up classes are available. Make up classes must occur no more than 30 days beyond the date of the absence. Dancer’s failure to adhere to the attendance and make-up class provisions of studio policies will not be eligible to receive tuition refunds or credits.

For the safety of the dancer, Xpressit Dance Center requires that all parents, and/or responsible adults designated by parents, to escort their dancer(s) into the studio prior to the start of class. All parents, and/or responsible adults designated by parents, are required to come into the studio and pick up their dancers. Although students are permitted to wait for pick up in the lobby, under no circumstances will any student be permitted to wait outside.

Dancers must be prepared to manage their course schedule appropriately. All dancers will be held to studio policies with regards to attendance and make up classes. If dancers fail to adequately manage their course schedule they may be disallowed from participation in the end of season recital. Recital routines require full participation from all dancers. Failure to adequately attend regularly scheduled courses can have a profound effect on the performance of the dancer and on the overall routine itself. Poor performance is a reflection not only on the dancer but also on the Center itself.

Xpressit Dance Center LLC reserves the right to terminate instruction, or dismiss a dancer, for failure to abide by the terms and conditions as outlined in this Agreement. Individual instructors also reserve the right to terminate instruction, or dismiss a dancer, from their course for failure to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement or any individual rule(s) as set forth by the instructor. Boisterous or disruptive behavior may also result in the termination of instruction by Xpressit Dance Center and/or individual instructors.
